How to use Hypothesis to annotate and comment?

This digital book is using Hypothesis plugin to enable sharing annotations and comments. If you already have a Hypothesis account, you can sign in using the Hypothesis button on the rigt side of the screen. When logged in, you can mark your annotations directly in the text and add comments via a toolbar that will appear on the right.
